Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
We process to deliver the order within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, with real-time tracking provided via the Mail.
Delivery Delay
Delivery may be delayed due to only special cases like heavy rain, festivals, strikes, courier issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Missing Item or Wrong Product
If you find your order missing from the packet receive the wrong book, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video of the packet. We will verify the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Doorstep Tampering Check
If the parcel looks already opened or is wrong, inspect it in front of the delivery agent, record the unboxing on the spot, or refuse acceptance immediately.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim a return or refund for a damaged or incorrect book, you must record a continuous, unedited video showing the sealed parcel, the shipping label, and the full opening process. If we find any fault or dubiousness in that video, we will reject your request.
Strict 3-Day Return Limit
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery at your doorstep if you are not satisfied with your order. Requests raised after 3 days of use or receipt will be automatically rejected. Return Condition & Eligibility
Returned books must be completely undamaged, unmarked, and sent back in their original protective packaging along with all bills and freebies.
Non-Returnable Items & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. If a book has small folds, bends, or minor cover/page creases because it was purchased as a bulk order or at a discounted price, it cannot be returned or refunded for those minor cosmetic issues. Means, If a customer returns a book with missing pages, torn pages, or any damage caused after delivery due to their own handling, the book is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
RTO & Incorrect Address Policy
If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, wrong contact number, or customer unavailability after 3 attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds or replacements are initiated within 48 hours after our quality check team receives and inspects the returned package at our warehouse.
